Uniquely designed, the Kai Shun Electric Knife Sharpener will grind and polish your Shun double bevelled kives at the same time. Easy to use, simply swipe your knife though, the first will guide your knife through a coarse ceramic wheel to reshape the edge of your blade, and then through the fine ceramic wheel that will hone the edge. The grinding mechanism is removable for easy cleaning and the sharpener features rubber feet for a secure hold.
