Cut Resistant Glove construction to be one-piece knitted synthetic material suitable for direct contact with food; must contain no metallic wire and no latex. Constructed to be of high molecular weight polyethylene (HMPE) fibers, i.e. Spectra or Dyneema); glove must be made entirely of FDA accepted materials and be washable and bleachable with chlorine bleach; glove must have cut resistance rated at minimum CE Level 5 when tested according to EN 388; glove must have permanent antimicrobial properties and antimicrobial agent must have FDA food contact notification (FCN) number as well as meet/exceed NSF Standard 51
