Introducing the premium range from Lodge. Blacklock is a triple seasoned for a natural non stick finish. Lodge first introduced foundry seasoning cast iron on the market place. The pre-seasoned pans took out the initial stage of having to season your pans first before using them The New Blacklock range has taken it one step further by baking three layers of seasoning onto each piece so it arrives already naturally non stick. Blacklock is also 25% lighter than the standard lodge pans, but still made with high quality and durable cast iron. With added comfort in mind, Blacklock have reinvented their primary handle. The main handle on each skillet comes with a cool-V cut out in the centre of the handle to allow airflow and will keep the handles cooler for longer. Each piece has been commemorated with a special stamp on the base that represents a historic moment in Lodge Cast iron cookware time frame. The 12nch/30cm square grill is marked with the number 65 on the base. This marks the year that Lodge improved production with automation.
